【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesparticularsafetyrequirementsformast-climbingworkplatforms(MCWP)whicharetemporarilyinstalledandaremanuallyorpower-operated,andwhicharedesignedtobeusedbyoneormorepersonsfromwhichtocarryoutwork.NOTEThevertical-movingcomponents(workplatforms)arealsousedtomovethosesamepersonsandtheirequipmentandmaterialstoandfromasingleboardingpoint.TheserestrictionsdifferentiateMCWPsfrombuilder'shoists.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletopermanentlyinstalledMCWPs.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkplatformswhichareelevatedbyrackandpinionandguidedbyandmovedalongtheirsupportingmasts,wherethemastsmayormaynotrequirelateralrestraintfromseparatesupportingstructures.3ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoanycombinationofthefollowingalternatives:—oneormoremasts;—masttiedoruntied;—mastoffixedorvariablelength;—mastsverticalorinclinedbetween0°and30°tothevertical;—mastswhicharestandingorhanging;—movableorstaticbase(chassisorbaseframe);—manualorpower-operatedelevation;—towedorself-poweredgroundtravelonsite,excludingroadtrafficregulationrequirements;—drivenusingelectric,pneumaticorhydraulicmotors.4ThisInternationalStandardidentifiesthehazardsarisingduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardsandfortheuseofsafeworkingpractices.5ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordealingwiththehazardsinvolvedinthemanoeuvring,erectionordismantling,fixingorremovingofanymaterialsorequipmentwhicharenotpartoftheMCWP.Neitherdoesitdealwiththehandlingofspecifichazardousmaterials.6ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordeliveringpersonsandmaterialstofixedlandinglevels.SuchequipmentisreferredtoasliftsorhoistsandisdealtwithbyotherInternationalStandards.7ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytomobileelevatingworkplatforms(MEWPs)inaccordancewithISO16368,suspendedaccessequipmentinaccordancewithEN1808orliftingtablesinaccordancewithEN1570.
