【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofaircraftmovementequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:-aircrafttractorswithdriveraccommodation;-pedestriancontrolledaircraftmovementequipment;-moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems;-attachmentbars,usedforalloperations,utilizingaircraftmovementequipment,e.g.:-pushback;-maintenancetowing;-dispatchtowing(operationaltowing).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-groundpowerinstallationsonaircrafttractors;-fixedrampinstallationsoframpintegratedsystems(fixedtrack);-specialtowingequipment(e.g.forrecovery).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoaircraftmovementequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
