【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminethegradingofmaterialsusedassurfacing.Theresultsareusedtodeterminecomplianceoftheparticlesizedistributionwithapplicablespecificationrequirements.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheparticlesizedistributionofsurfacingmaterial,otherthanmineralgranules,suchassand,mica,talc,orotherpowderedorflakymineralparticles,usedonbothsidesofx201C;smoothx201D;rollroofingandonthereversesideofasphaltshinglesandmineral-surfacedrollroofing.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoinch-poundunitsthatareprovideforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
