【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessignallinginterworkingbetween"QSIG"and"H.323"insupportofbasicserviceswithinacorporatetelecommunicationnetwork(CN)."QSIG"isasignallingprotocolthatoperatesattheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkeXchange(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinotherInternationalStandards,inparticularISO/IEC11572(callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices)."H.323"isasetofsignallingprotocolsforthesupportofvoiceormultimediacommunicationwithinapacketnetwork,inparticularapacketnetworkthatusestheInternetProtocol(IP)asitsnetworklayerprotocol(IPnetwork).H.323signallingprotocolsoperatebetweenendpointsinanIPnetwork,eitherindirectlyviaoneormoregatekeepers,ordirectly.Anendpointcanbeaterminaloragatewaytoanothernetwork.H.323isan"umbrella"recommendationreferringtovariousITU-Trecommendations,inparticularrecommendationsH.225.0andH.245(basiccommunicationcapabilities).ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessignallinginterworkingforbasicservicesthatprovideabidirectionaltransfercapabilityforspeech,DTMF,facsimileandmodemmediabetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandaprivateIPnetworkemployingH.323.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforestablishinguserinformation(audio)connectionsbetweenthePISNandtheIPnetwork,butprotocolsfortransmittingaudiointheIPnetworkandforsignallinginordertoestablishandclosedownaudiotransmissionintheIPnetworkareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.SupplementaryservicesareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.InterworkingbetweenQSIGandH.323permitsacalloriginatingatauserofaPISNtoterminateatauserofaprivateIPnetwork,oracalloriginatingatauserofaprivateIPnetworktoterminateatauserofaPISN.InterworkingbetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandapublicIPnetworkemployingH.323isoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.However,thefunctionalityspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisinprincipleapplicabletosuchascenariowhendeployedinconjunctionwithotherrelevantfunctionality(e.g.,numbertranslation,securityfunctions,etc.).AlthoughtwosuchgatewayscanoperateaspeersoneithersideofanIPnetwork(wherebytheIPnetworkprovidesinterconnectionbetweentwoPISNs),specialsupportforthissituation(e.g.,tunnellingofQSIGinformationthroughtheIPnetwork)isoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.AlthoughtwosuchgatewayscanoperateaspeersoneithersideofaPISN(wherebythePISNprovidesinterconnectionbetweentwoIPnetworks),specialsupportforthissituation(e.g.,tunnellingofH.323informationthroughthePISN)isoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoanyinterworkingunitthatcanactasagatewaybetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandaprivateIPnetworkemployingH.323.
